We're increasing the security of your online account

Online security is a top priority for Conduent Education Services. To help further protect your web account on www.conduenteducation.com, we're introducing a new multi-factor authentication process.

Q: What does this mean?
A: To add an additional layer of security to your account, you will sometimes see a verification screen where you will be asked to enter a code before accessing the Conduent website.

Q: How will it work?
A: If authentication is required upon login, you will be prompted to check your email for the verification code. Once you enter the code, you can log in normally with your username and password.

Q: Do I need to do anything?
A: Please be sure the email address linked with your Conduent Education Services web account is active and accessible. You can update your email address by logging in, going to 'Manage Account' on the sidebar and clicking on 'Update Profile.'
